North Shore Municipal Court
Pursuant to Wisconsin Statues, the Municipal Court deals exclusively with non-criminal cases involving city ordinance violations in the form of traffic citations, Municipal Code violation, and contested parking tickets. Offenses brought before our Court are violations that occur within the City limits.
Court Office Closed
Due to Covid-19, the Court office will be closed until Monday, November 30, 2020. Court Sessions for Monday, November 16, and Thursday November 19 have been cancelled. A scheduling letter informing you of your new date will be mailed to you.
Please contact the prosecuting prosecuting attorney before the date indicated on the top of your citation to resolve your matter by telephone. Citations issued by the Glendale Police Department should call Attorney Rebecca Boyle at 414-257-3564 or 414-257-2373. Please leave a detailed message including the correct spelling of your first and last name and your return telephone number that has active voicemail. She will return your telephone call and will leave you a detailed message on how to proceed.
Citations issued by the Bayside Police Department should call Attorney Elizabeth Miles at 414-225-1491. Please leave a detailed message including the correct spelling of your first and last name and your return telephone number that has active voicemail. She will return your telephone call and will leave you a detailed message on how to proceed.
Payments may be made with debit or credit online, Google North shore municipal Court-Glendale. Select the payment link specific to your citation information. If you do not have your citation number, you may email the Court to request it email@example.com. Note: a response may not be immediate, but you will receive the information.
You may pay by check or money order by mail or may place your payment in the City of Glendale’s stainless-steel drop box located in the median in front of the building at 5909 N. Milwaukee River Parkway, Glendale WI 53209
All payments will be processed after office hours resume on Monday November 30, 2020 and will be considered timely.

You may also mail a check or money order or use the stainless-steel payment box located in the parking lot median at 5909 N. Milwaukee River Parkway, Glendale, WI 53209. Please make all checks payable to the Clerk of Court.
Payments may be made in person at the Clerk of Court’s office during business hours 0730a.m. to 330pm M-F. Payment methods accepted in person are cash, money order, personal check or cashier’s check. All checks should be made payable to the Clerk of Court.

Please note: Payments for Parking citations may only be paid using this payment link if you contested the parking citation and discussed the parking citation with the Prosecuting Attorney.
You will be assessed a fee to use debit or credit. Debit and Credit card payments are accepted ONLINE ONLY. The full citation number is REQUIRED to make your payment. Please contact the Clerk of Court if you no longer have access to your citation.
